What we collect

Account details for instructors (name, email, school) and, on their behalf, student booking details (name, mobile, email, lesson history) needed to run bookings, reminders and payments.

How we use it

To provide the service: take bookings, send lesson reminders and review requests, process payments, and show your dashboard. We don’t sell personal information.

Messaging consent

Students provide their number to book a lesson, which we use to send booking confirmations, reminders and (if enabled) review requests. They can opt out by replying STOP.

Sub-processors

We use trusted providers to run DriveDesk — including Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Twilio (SMS) and Stripe (payments). They process data only to deliver the service.

Storage & security

Data is stored securely with access controls. We keep it only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
