1. Who we are

DriveDesk (“we”, “us”) provides booking, scheduling, reminder, payment and review software for driving schools and instructors (“you”).

2. Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you add and for keeping your login secure. You must have the right to contact the students you add.

3. Acceptable use

Use DriveDesk only for lawful purposes. Don’t send messages to people who haven’t agreed to be contacted, and comply with Australian SMS/spam and privacy laws.

4. Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Where you collect lesson payments from students through DriveDesk, those funds are settled to your connected payment account; a platform fee may apply per transaction.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We’re not liable for losses arising from downtime, third-party providers, or events outside our control.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months. Nothing limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll let you know of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
